  • New Website

Since we have a new office we thought we should have a shiny new website to go with it. Our old website felt terribly modern when we wrote it fifteen years ago, but sadly we realised it had aged and should be retired. With the help of Evolutia we now feel that our website reflects where we are as a company today.

  • New Office

Back view of CherSoft officeWe’ve been growing out of our office for some time, and we’re pleased to announce that after a long search, a longer legal process and a lot of wrangling, we’ve finally settled into a new and far bigger home.

We have room to spare, views over the woods, no queue for the loo, and an even better coffee machine than we had before. Next to the office is the Trans-Pennine trail for easy escape by bicycle, although visitors from far afield will be glad to know that we’re also handy for the M1 and Chapeltown Station.

  • Henry 6.7 Released

Boundary with holeThis new release includes several improvements to both charts and overlays, including the ability to have holes in boundaries.

The most significant change is that withdrawn ENC cells are now deleted immediately which is important for Navigation.
