What Information do we collect from you?
We collect the information you provide to support your application, and any information provided by references we receive from referees you nominate in support of your application. We may also collect publicly available information disclosed by you on social media such as LinkedIn and any information made publicly available by you on other sources explicitly referenced in information you provide in support of your application.

To enable us to decide on your suitability for employment with us and to differentiate between applicants as necessary.
What is the legal basis for this data collection and processing?
We rely on our legitimate interest in recruiting suitable candidates for this data collection and processing.
Who might we share this information with?
We do not share this information with anybody outside our company, unless obliged to by a relevant law.
What do we do with your information?
We assess your suitability for employment. All assessment is done by humans, no automated filtering is applied.
How long do we keep hold of your information?
If you are successful in your application and become our employee we will keep the information obtained during the application process as part of your employee record, and this retention is explained in a separate privacy notice you will be given at the time you accept the offer of employment.
If you do not become our employee all information will be deleted at most one year after receipt.
How can you access the information we hold about you?
